Engineer (RE – Civil) ▪️ Applicants should possess a BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university or institution. ▪️ For candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories, the minimum qualifying percentage is 55%. Candidates must also have 3 years of relevant experience. Engineer (RE – Electrical) ▪️ Candidates should hold a BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) qualification in relevant disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Power Systems & High Voltage, Power Electronics or Power Engineering. ▪️ A minimum of 65% marks is required, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates require 55% marks. ▪️ Applicants should also have 3 years of relevant experience. Engineer (RE – Mechanical) ▪️ Applicants must have a BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Production & Industrial Engineering or Power Engineering. ▪️ The required marks are 65% for general candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. ▪️ A minimum of 3 years of experience is also required. Executive (RE – Human Resource) ▪️ Candidates should have a Post Graduate Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Programme in Management with specialization in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Personnel Management. ▪️ Qualifications such as MHROD or MBA with HR specialization are also acceptable. Candidates generally require 65% marks, whereas SC/ST/PwBD candidates require 55% marks, along with 3 years of relevant experience. Executive (RE – Finance) ▪️ Applicants must be qualified as CA or CMA. The post requires a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification executive experience in Finance or Accounts. ▪️ The period of articleship will not be counted as post-qualification experience. Engineer (RE – Safety) ▪️ Candidates should have an engineering degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Civil or Power Engineering with at least 65% marks. ▪️ Applicants must additionally possess either a full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution under the applicable Factory Acts/Rules or a full-time Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety. ▪️ For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the minimum qualifying marks are 55%. Relevant candidates should also have 3 years of experience. Executive (RE – CSR) ▪️ Candidates may hold a PG Degree, PG Diploma or PG Programme in fields such as Rural Management, Rural Development, Rehabilitation, Community Development, Local Governance, Livelihoods, Social Development, Sustainable Development, Development Studies and related disciplines. ▪️ MSW, MBA or an Engineering Graduation degree with at least 65% marks is also acceptable as per the prescribed eligibility conditions. ▪️ SC/ST/PwBD applicants require 55% marks, along with 3 years of relevant experience. Executive (RE – Rajbhasha) ▪️ Applicants should possess a Master’s Degree in Hindi from a recognized university. English must have been studied as a compulsory/elective subject or should have been the medium of examination at the degree level. Candidates are also required to have 3 years of relevant experience.
