| Steps to Apply for UPSC IES / ISS 2025 1. Photo Guidelines: Candidates must upload a recent photograph (not older than 10 days). The photo should clearly display the candidate’s name and the date when the picture was taken. 2. One Time Registration (OTR): To apply for the IES / ISS exam, OTR is mandatory. Without completing OTR, applications will not be accepted. 3. Online Application: The application form is available from 12 February 2025 to 4 March 2025. 4. Exam Center Selection: The number of available exam centers is limited. Candidates should apply early to secure their preferred exam city. If a city appears in red, it means all slots are full. 5. Final Submission: After completing the application, candidates should take a printout of the final submitted form for future reference. 6.
