| ◾ Office Assistant (Multipurpose) ▪️ Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. ▪️ Proficiency in the local language. ▪️ Basic computer knowledge preferred. ◾ Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) ▪️ Graduation in any stream from a recognized university. ▪️ Preference for degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, IT, Law, Economics, Accountancy, etc. ▪️ Proficiency in the local language. ▪️ Computer knowledge desirable. ◾ Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer) ▪️ Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks. ▪️ Preference for candidates with specialization in Banking, Finance, Marketing, IT, Law, Economics, Accountancy, etc. ▪️ 2 years’ experience as an officer in a bank/financial institution. ◾ Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers) ▪️ IT Officer: Graduation in Electronics/Communication/CS/IT with 50% marks + 1-year relevant experience. Certificates like ASP, PHP, Java, etc. desirable. ▪️ Chartered Accountant: Passed CA Exam from ICAI + 1-year experience as CA. ▪️ Law Officer: LLB with 50% marks + 2 years’ experience as advocate or in banks/FIs. ▪️ Treasury Manager: CA/MBA (Finance) + 1-year relevant experience. ▪️ Marketing Officer: MBA (Marketing) + 1-year relevant experience. ▪️ Agriculture Officer: Graduate in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Pisciculture/ Agri Engineering + 2 years’ relevant experience. ◾ Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) ▪️ Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks. ▪️ Preference for degrees/diplomas in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, IT, Law, Economics, etc. ▪️ 5 years’ experience as an officer in a bank/financial institution. | |
