| To be eligible for the Management Trainee post, candidates must fulfill the following criteria: ◾ Graduation with minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university (full-time course of at least 3 years). ◾ Additionally, candidates must possess Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade, completed as a full-time 2-year program with at least 60% marks, OR ◾ Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) (clearing the professional examination is sufficient). ◾ Candidates who are appearing in the final year/semester of Post-Graduation or CA and expecting their results in 2025 are also eligible to apply. | |
